Responsible Tasks

Right from the start, you will assume responsibility working on exciting client projects and presenting the results to clients and colleagues.

As a champion, you will take on internal areas of tasks in line with personal core competences that will take all of us forward.

You will make your mark on Infront through applying yourself to business development tasks, such as new consultancy topics, sales campaigns and offerings.

Structured Coaching

You will work closely together with experienced partners in teams of two to four consultants, which will enable you to quickly gain valuable experience.

At quarterly intervals at minimum, you will meet with your Infront mentor for an intensive feedback session and define specific steps for your development.

Open feedback will take place on a two-way communication basis and on an equal footing: We will take your suggestions seriously, and, as a matter of principle, will attempt to implement them.

Smart Training Concepts

Young professionals, graduates or associate consultants can build on their personal competences in core skills training sessions and, along with training on the job, can acquire valuable insights and skills.

As from the Senior Consultant level, staff members are given additional individual internal and external training to promote their personal and professional development.

We meet several times a quarter to learn from each other through pooling our experience in discussing current projects and the methods applied.
