The aim was to arrive at a comprehensive, transparent&nbsp; and thorough audit that is enriched with benchmarking data. The organizational model is backed with empirical and current data from more than 200 innovation units in the DACH region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The second step was to derive actionable directions for the future development of the innovation activities. We arrived at very concrete recommendations to build a central corporate startup program with a venture clienting model that was supplemented by lean CVC activities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
