Infront was founded in 2004 and has been a 100% subsidiary of KPS AG from Munich since 2018. We advise companies in the areas of strategy, business development and business performance. Infront focuses on the digital transformation of companies and has won several awards in this area.

Four partners – Frank Deburba, Joerg Heydecke, Robert E. Neurohr and Thomas Sindemann – along with a team of experienced consultants and an extensive network of specialists are committed to developing and implementing tailor-made business strategies. Our clients include global players in sectors such as the telecommunications industry, information technology, IT services, media, industrial services, healthcare and e-business.

Our office in the city of Hamburg is the hub for all of our activities. From here we work for our clients, mostly in German-speaking countries, but also internationally. And with every project we work to uphold the typical Hanseatic values steeped in our city’s tradition – reliability, a global perspective, and a healthy dose of understatement.

Before founding Infront, Joerg Heydecke worked for a major international consulting firm as well as for a strategy boutique across Europe and the US. He appreciates complex challenges and works everyday to further hone his ability to see things from different perspectives in order to identify the levers that can unlock a company’s true potential. He regularly supports major players in the telecommunications industry, IT and media with strategic, market-relevant and organisational concepts as well as with support during M&A transactions.

Strategic and global in perspective. Robert Edward Neurohr gained his expertise in international management from working in Germany, the US and China. Before joining Infront, he led the teams responsible for corporate strategy development and strategic marketing at a number of leading companies. He truly believes that issues regarding growth must be dealt with in a strategic manner – in the context of what the competition is doing and with the purpose of anticipating and trumping their next moves. Beyond the essential planning tools, he believes strategy is a discipline that must also encompass holistic thinking in order for it to pave the way to success. Based on these principles, he develops strategies for growth, market positioning and business segment entry. He is also the author of the book »Strategien für Herausforderer«
(Eng: »Strategies for Challengers«).

HIDDEN CHAMPION

Every three years, the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB), lead by Prof. Dr. Fink, identifies and ranks the Hidden Champions of the German consultancy market. This distinguished award is based on elaborate assessments of about 500 top managers, ranking the nominated consulting firms against the big three consultancies BCG, McKinsey and Roland Berger to assess candidates’ consulting expertise in specific competency fields. Infront was named Hidden Champion in the categories “digitalization” and “communication”. Infront also scored top-3 placements in the categories “thought leadership” and “teamplay”.
