Infront has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Munich-based KPS AG since 2018. We pool our know-how and resources to assist our customers, with tasks ranging from strategic alignment through to the precise architecture of turnkey, industry-specific process chains, and right through to comprehensive technology and organization implementation.

However, notwithstanding their common ground, the backgrounds, experience and strengths of Frank Deburba, Sven Drinkuth, Joerg Heydecke, Axel Marschall, Robert Edward Neurohr and Thomas Sindemann are completely different. This is why companies do not find glossy, “me-too” consultants. They get hands-on individuals who act out of conviction and harness their individual potential to ensure their clients’ success.

Thomas Sindemann, business graduate, is a pragmatic strategist. With a long track record in sales and marketing in his work for a leading consumer goods manufacturer and as a top management consultant in an international consultancy company, Thomas Sindemann has set in place the foundations on which he proceeds for our clients today. His special expertise focuses on realigning companies in technology and services to reflect the market, as well as in ensuring implementation programs.

In his capacity as a confirmed shaper and designer, Frank Deburba is the driving force behind the development and realization of new market strategies, with determination and staying power. His study of business administration, and his experience from having held various senior positions in international retail and in the software industry, with more than 15 years of working in management consultancy, form the basis of his work today. His special expertise focuses on topics concerning digital transformation, business development, marketing and sales in the producing industries.

Industrial engineer Robert Edward Neurohr developed his understanding of management in Germany, the US and China. Before joining Infront, he was in charge of strategy development, strategic marketing and business development for large corporations. His conviction: The competition for growth is decided at the level of strategy – where contenders can outpace their established competitors. Quite apart from being a strategic planning instrument, strategy in his view lives from inspiration and holistic thinking. Based on these principles, he develops innovative growth strategies, brand positioning and business line approaches together with his clients. He is the author of the management book »Strategien für Herausforderer« (Strategies for Contenders).

Business graduate Axel Marschall is a strategist with a wealth of implementation experience and a broad background in sales and supply chain management. Backed by his international roles as chief sales officer, general manager and head of strategy in corporations, as well as in owner-managed mid-sized companies in the sectors of mobility, logistics and retail, he joins forces on an equal footing with our clients to work on finding answers to the challenges of the digital age.

Sven Drinkuth focuses on his clients’ customers. He achieves concrete, measurable success from the conception to the realization of digital transformations. His mission for more than 20 years: To create inspiring customer experience in the mass market as well as for business customers in the markets of Europe, USA, South Africa and China.
After studying physics, he first worked in the industry for 4 years, before he spent 16 years working for a large, international management consultancy, last as a strategy partner.
